Nicola Jopling has a wealth of experience in the media and marketing industry, holding various roles at companies such as ScaleUp Institute, Mensa International, and GroupM. With a strong background in brand communications planning and strategic media planning, Nicola has worked with well-known brands such as L’Oreal UK, Mercedes-Benz, and Clarks. Currently serving as Head of Growth Strategy at GroupM, Nicola has also been involved in innovative and pioneering projects, such as the WPP Consumer Equality Equation study.
