Helen Vaid

Helen Vaid has served on our Board since April 2020. Ms. Vaid currently serves as Global Chief Customer Officer for Pizza Hut, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., where she is responsible for leading the company’s digital and in-restaurant customer experience efforts, as well as the brand’s e-commerce technology and operations business outside the U.S. Prior to joining Pizza Hut in 2016, Ms. Vaid served in technology-focused executive roles at Wal-Mart and Hewlett-Packard. Ms. Vaid brings to the Board significant expertise in digital and technology systems and consumer products, with more than 20 years of extensive marketing, E-commerce brand management and leadership experience. Her knowledge of direct-to-consumer e-commerce is a valuable resource for our Board.
