Courtney Webster, PMP

Courtney Webster, PMP has a wealth of experience in project management and language services. Courtney began their career in 2012 as a Language Intern at the United Nations. Courtney then worked as a Translation Intern at the Amazon Conservation Association in 2013. Later that same year, they joined LUZ, Inc. as a Project Coordinator and worked their way up to Senior Project Manager. In 2017, LUZ, Inc. was acquired and became RWS Life Sciences, where they served as a Program Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Client Solutions at GroupVisual.io, a UI/UX design services company specializing in analytic and data-rich digital products. In this role, they manage the entire product design project lifecycle, from contract negotiation to delivery, successfully managing scope, budget, and timeline and coordinating cross-functionally among product, engineering, and design teams to meet required release dates and to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Courtney Webster, PMP completed their Bachelor of Arts in French Language & Literature at the University of Virginia in 2011. Courtney then went on to obtain their Master of Arts in Translation Theory and Practice from UCL in 2012. In the same year, they also obtained their SDL Trados Studio 2009 for Translators certification from SDL Trados. Courtney Webster, PMP obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2019.
