Jo Hines

Jo Hines has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Communications Strategist at Ikon Communications, working with clients such as Voyages and Sunbeam. They then joined ZenithOptimedia Australia as an Account Manager, primarily focusing on the Telstra account. At OMD Australia, Jo held various roles, including Account Director for clients such as Seven Eleven and Estee Lauder Group, and later transitioned to a Business Development Manager for the Pitch Team. They also worked as a Group Account Director at Nunn Media, managing accounts for Spotlight, Anaconda, and Chadstone Fashion Capital. Jo's next role was at Initiative, where they served as a Senior Client Director and later as a Group Business Director, providing advice and management for Specsavers and Geeks2U. They then joined Hatched Media as a Media Director, specifically handling new business and onboarding. Jo's most recent positions include Director and VP of Customer Success at Lexer and Mutiny respectively. They are currently working at Lexer as a Senior Director in Customer Success. They are certified as an intermediate One Hot Flow yoga instructor by Yoga Australia, completed the Marketing Masterclass Series course offered by ADMA IQ, and received a certification in #Eff Test from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA). Jo is also certified in Mental Health First Aid by Mental Health First Aid Australia. They have certifications from Google in Adwords (including eCommerce) and from Facebook Advertising in Blueprint.
