Ileana Arnaiz

Ileana Arnaiz is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager and Bar Manager at Grove Bay Hospitality Group since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ileana managed bar operations at Fox Restaurant Concepts and held various managerial positions at 50 Eggs and Centurion Restaurant Group, where responsibilities included staff training and event coordination. With earlier experience as a bartender at Cibo Wine Bar and Darden, along with ownership of Rush Room Boutique, Ileana has developed strong skills in inventory management and customer service. Ileana holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate's degree in Criminal Investigation from Everest University-Pompano Beach.
