Kevin Cooper

Kevin Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kevin has recently worked as the Director of Training and Development at Grove Bay Hospitality Group since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Leadership & Development at BurgerFi from 2019 to 2022, where they revamped training programs, developed new courses, and oversaw restaurant openings. Before that, Kevin worked at Leadership Rhode Island as a Strengths Expeditor, where they implemented a state-wide workforce engagement program. Kevin also served as a Leadership Fellow Graduate Assistant at Providence College, focusing on values-based leadership. Additionally, Kevin gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Schroff GmbH and as a Sales Assistant at Alfie Hales Intersport Waterford Ireland. Overall, Kevin has demonstrated expertise in training and development, leadership, and strengths-based initiatives throughout their career.

Kevin Cooper attended Brown University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with a focus on Political Economy and Society. Kevin then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Providence College from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their university education, Kevin completed their Leaving Certificate at Waterpark College from 2002 to 2008.
