Andrew Silard is the SVP of Consumer Marketing at Grove Collaborative. Andrew has over fifteen years of experience in marketing and operations.

Andrew began their career as a strategy and operations business analyst for The Advisory Board Company. In this role, they were responsible for managing employee staffing and client satisfaction reporting. Andrew also developed the department's first-ever scorecards so the division's GM could manage against KPIs.

In 2007, Andrew joined QuinStreet as the Vice President & GM of Email Channel. In this role, they centralized and 'rebooted' the company's email function and served as its first-ever executive-level GM. Andrew developed a vision, growth plan and team that enabled rapid, significant, revenue and profit expansion. Andrew also launched the List Management business and expanded to new verticals in order to increase headroom for further growth.

In their current role as SVP of Consumer Marketing at Grove Collaborative, Andrew is responsible for leading the company's marketing efforts. Andrew has successfully launched several initiatives that have increased brand awareness and driven customer acquisition and retention.

Andrew Silard received their Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Trinity College-Hartford. Andrew then went on to Seabury Hall for high school.

Andrew Silard works with Albina Kehoe - VP, Retention Marketing, Shruti Saini - VP, Head of Marketing Strategy, and Samantha Howe - VP, Brand Marketing. Andrew Silard reports to Jennie Perry, Chief Marketing Officer.
