Katie Fearon

Katie Fearon is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as People Partner at Grove Turkeys Limited since May 2024. Prior to this role, Katie held the position of Group Head of People at Vyta from November 2021 to May 2024, and served as Group Human Resource/People Development Manager at Arthur Mallon Foods from September 2019 to November 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resource Manager at PG Chips Ltd, Ellies Cafe Grill Ltd, and Cheeky Spoon from May 2017 to August 2019, as well as Human Resource Manager (Maternity Cover) and Health and Safety Advisor at Menarys Retail Ltd. from June 2014 to May 2017. Katie began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant/Health and Safety Advisor.
