Farrah Falcon

Farrah Falcon is an experienced recreation management professional with a strong background in overseeing outdoor recreation venues and developing quality services. Currently serving as the Assistant Recreation Manager at The Grove Resort & Water Park since January 2018, Farrah Falcon is responsible for managing various recreation facilities, conducting market research, negotiating contracts with vendors, and maintaining positive relationships with employees and guests. Previously, Farrah Falcon held roles including Recreation Manager at Calypso Cay Resort, where responsibilities included establishing operational procedures and developing an adventure park, and Assistant Manager of Parks and Recreation at Exploria Resorts, focusing on park sales and marketing.
