Stephen Howard has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Sous Chef at The Grove Resort & Spa Orlando since May 2018. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Sous Chef at Publix Aprons Cooking School from October 2016 to May 2018, and served as Kitchen Manager at Shari Sushi Lounge from December 2010 to October 2016. Stephen's career began at Shades of Green on WDW Resort, where Stephen worked as Executive Chef from August 1999 to July 2009. Other previous roles include Kitchen Supervisor at Renaissance Orlando Resort at Sea World from 1996 to 1999 and Line Cook at Red Lobster from 1994 to 1996. Stephen is educated at Southeastern Academy and specializes in fine dining.
