Tyler Pence

Tyler Pence is an experienced electrical foreman with a robust background in overhead distribution and project management. Currently serving as a Foreman at Groves Electrical Services since March 2024 and previously at Bird Electric Enterprises, LLC, Tyler has accumulated extensive experience in leadership roles since 2005, including positions as Project Foreman and General Foreman. Prior experience includes foreman roles at MDR Powerline Construction and quality assurance inspections at OGE Energy Corp. Tyler began a career in the electrical field as a Journeyman Lineman at Davis H Elliot Co. Inc. and holds a degree from Sul Ross State University, alongside a high school diploma from Cisco High School.
