Nadine Gabbadon

Nadine Gabbadon is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in client services, institutional research, and academic advising. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Client Services at Grovider, Nadine leads end-to-end research projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables through cross-functional collaboration. Previously, as Assistant Director of Institutional Research & Effectiveness at Ursinus College, Nadine directed assessment-based research and analyzed institutional data. At the University of Pennsylvania, Nadine was an Assistant Dean overseeing advising functions for over 6,000 students and provided mentorship to numerous advisees. Earlier, as an Assistant Professor of Mass Communications at Lincoln University, Nadine utilized expertise earned through a Ph.D. in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a Master's degree from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Penn State University.
