Mallory Ditchey has a wealth of experience in business operations, content management, and educational consulting. Mallory began their career in 2007 as a Project Archivist and Research Assistant with the Cuneiform Digital Library Initiative. Mallory then moved on to Yale University in 2010, where they were a Graduate Student and Librarian at the Babylonian Collection, Sterling Memorial Library. In 2013, they began their role as a Teaching Assistant and PhD Student at Columbia University in the City of New York, teaching two sections in World Theirtory Until 1450 C.E. and two sections in Ancient Egyptian Theirtory. In 2016, they joined Network of One as a Content ID and Digital Rights Manager, where they wrote a proposal to formalize the company's Content ID policies and trained and managed a team of content managers. Mallory is currently a Senior Director of Business Operations and Director of Content & Business Operations at Grow Credit Inc.

Mallory Ditchey obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2008. Mallory then earned a Master's Degree from Yale University in 2012. In 2013, they began studying for a Master's Degree and PhD in Theirtory at Columbia University, which they completed in 2015. In 2008, Mallory also obtained a Field School Certificate in Stratigraphy, Excavation, and Osteology from the Supreme Council of Antiquities in Egypt. Additionally, they have obtained five YouTube certifications, including Content Ownership, Digital Rights, Content Strategy - Brand Partner Program, and Audience Growth, between 2016 and 2017.
