Olivia Barth has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Olivia began their career as a waitress at Solé on the Green while attending college. During this time, Olivia honed their time management and leadership skills.

Afterwards, Olivia worked as a Supplemental Instructor at Clemson University, where they assisted students in understanding calculus concepts through tutoring sessions. This experience enhanced their teaching and leadership abilities.

Olivia then interned at Biltmore, where they gained valuable marketing knowledge. Olivia later rejoined Biltmore as a Business Development Coordinator, managing projects and collaborating with different departments and partners. Olivia also designed an employee education course to drive sales.

Olivia further expanded their skills as a Digital Marketing & Communications Intern at Clemson University Outdoor Lab. Olivia crafted a data-driven digital marketing strategy and focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and sales through social media and email campaigns.

Olivia then transitioned to a role as a Digital Communications Coordinator at Biltmore, taking charge of email and web marketing tactics, creating email blasts, and providing performance reports on email campaigns.

Olivia continued to progress in their career and joined Common Thread Collective as a Creative Strategist. Olivia designed results-driven campaigns aligned with clients' growth goals and presented performance reports and new creative concepts based on data analysis.

More recently, Olivia worked at Ready Set as a Creative Strategist, developing creative strategies for eCommerce brands and optimizing their performance on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Olivia briefed and directed UGC and studio asset production, and analyzed data to inform strategy.

Olivia currently holds the position of Performance Creative Strategist at Odyssey, a role they assumed in 2023.
