Jason Chen

Jason Chen currently serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Grow Therapy, a company focused on making high-quality mental healthcare accessible. In addition, Jason holds the position of Venture Partner at Syelo Ventures, an exclusive community aimed at revolutionizing recruitment. Previously, Jason was the Global Head of Technical Recruiting at Grammarly, where responsibilities included scaling a recruiting team and enhancing hiring efficiency while co-founding an AAPI Employee Resource Group. Jason also contributed as an Advisory Board member for BrightHire, dedicated to improving the hiring experience. Prior to these roles, Jason was the Sr. Director of Global Corporate & Technical Recruiting at MongoDB, playing a critical role in hiring initiatives leading up to the company's IPO. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development - Community and Public Affairs from Binghamton University.
