Adrian Parafianowicz

Adrian Parafianowicz has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Office Assistant & Customer Support with German at GLOBARTprint. In 2017, they were the Creator at Blog betteradrian.pl. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Predica LLC, first as a Junior Marketing Specialist, then as a Marketing Specialist and finally as a Marketing Manager. In their most recent role, they worked at Growbots as a Marketing Manager, where they increased organic traffic by over 100%, conducted a project to merge multiple WordPress instances into one, introduced marketing analytics, worked on growth initiatives, prepared new landing pages, created and managed Google Ads campaigns and LinkedIn campaigns, worked with freelancers and external agencies, prepared case studies, worked on content operations, created content for social media, recorded and edited videos, built a video studio in the office, and worked on graphic assets.

Adrian Parafianowicz attended Bialystok University of Technology from 2012 to 2016, graduating with a degree in Inżynieria Biomedyczna (Inż.). Adrian then attended Technische Universität Kaiserslautern - Maschinebau from 2015 to 2016, graduating with a degree in Inżynier (Inż.). In November 2022, they obtained a Reforge Growth Marketing certification from Reforge.
