Adarsh Nigam has been working in the professional world since 2008. Adarsh began their career at ICREAT: Institute of Clinical Research Education And Training as Director. In 2009, they moved to Khana Khazana India Pvt Ltd as Vice President of Marketing. In 2011, they joined Talwalkars as Head of Corporate Sales & Marketing. In 2018, they became Chief Executive Officer of Dr.Mickey Mehta's 360 Degree Wellness Temple Private Limited. In 2016, they joined Zumba as Chief Operating Officer - Zumba Wear, India. In 2019, they became Head of Operations at SARVA - Yoga, Mindfulness & Beyond. In 2020, they were appointed Member of the Board of Advisors at Evolvus and Growfitter, and Partner Singapore and India at Stanton Chase: Executive Search & Leadership Consultants.

Adarsh Nigam began their educational journey in 1992, when they completed an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Management. Adarsh then continued their education in 2021, when they began a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Symbiosis International University, which they are expected to complete in 2026.
