Adam Weiss

Adam Weiss has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 2011, they started working at Crazy Scrubs, Inc, where they focused on marketing, graphic design, and database administration. At The Home Depot, they worked as an Associate in the Lumber Department from 2013 to 2016. Adam also had a marketing internship at Casa Verde Paint in 2016. In 2013, they began freelancing as a graphic designer, creating custom promotional materials and designing Google Chrome themes. From 2016 to 2017, Adam worked at West Virginia University as an eLearning Applications Administrator, where they assisted faculty, staff, and students with issues in the Learning Management System. At Beacon Roofing Supply, they held two roles, starting as a Supply Chain Analyst in 2017 and then becoming a Regional Buyer in 2018. Adam focused on streamlining purchasing processes, improving compliance, and mapping inventory across branches. At Meritech, they worked as a Supply Chain & Accounting Specialist, managing global vendors and overseeing supply chain operations. Adam joined Bron Tapes in 2021 as an Inventory/Cost Accountant and later became the Supply Chain Manager in 2022. Adam implemented a vendor management program, improved inventory management, and oversaw the due diligence process during a sale to private equity. Currently, Adam is a Senior Inventory Accountant at GrowGeneration Corp, starting in 2023.

Adam Weiss attended J.K. Mullen High School, although the specific years of attendance are unknown. Following high school, they enrolled at West Virginia University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business, Leadership, and Communications. In 2017, Adam pursued further education at Procurement Academy, where they obtained an IFPSM Certification in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
