Carla E. Reyes

Carla E. Reyes is an accomplished Mixed-Media Artist with over 20 years of exhibition history, currently serving as a Visual Arts Teacher at Growing Up Green Charter Schools since August 2023. In addition to artistic endeavors through carlacrafts - art+interiors, Carla has held various educational roles, including Early Childhood Educator at QStudioLab and Adjunct Instructor positions at The City College of New York and Queens College. Carla's extensive experience within the NYC Department of Education spans multiple roles, including Middle School and High School Art Teacher. Previous positions include Decorative Arts Instructor at Alpha Workshops Studio School and Environmental Art Specialist at the 92nd Street Y. Carla holds a Master of Fine Arts from Lehman College and has completed several certificates in Color, TESOL, and Arts Administration, alongside a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Restoration/Fine Art from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
