Jamie Mascarenhas is an experienced educator and administrator with a robust background in special education and support services. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Support Services at Growing Up Green Charter Schools, Jamie coordinates the implementation of mandated special education services and oversees the RTI process while facilitating staff training. Previously, Jamie held the position of Account Executive at BrainPOP, achieving top sales performance and managing client subscriptions. Jamie's experience at Uncommon Schools included roles as Special Education Coordinator and Special Education Teacher, where responsibilities encompassed managing IEP meetings, analyzing student data, and co-teaching. Jamie also contributed to the development of the 12:1:1 classroom model at Success Academy Charter Schools as a Special Education Teacher. Jamie holds a Master of Arts in Teaching with dual certification from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science in English Education and Special Education from Boston University.
