Joel Mendez-Marchetti

Joel Mendez-Marchetti has a long and varied work experience. Joel began their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Sales Representative at DSM&T Co. Inc., where they performed clerical responsibilities, sold electric cables and accessories, and tracked shipment of orders. In 2005, they became an IT Administrator at Hamilton Brewart Insurance Agency, where they maintained the network, updated and upgraded computers as needed, and installed and troubleshot software. In 2009, they joined WD, a Western Digital company, as an Applications Technician, where they executed a wide array of system level tests to ensure that hard drives and peripherals functioned according to OEM specifications, analyzed and discussed detailed test results with engineers, and assisted other departments in qualifying product functionality of new and existing hard drives and peripherals. Finally, in 2017, they joined GrowlerWerks as a Customer Service Manager and Customer Support Technician.

Joel Mendez-Marchetti obtained an Associate's degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from DeVry University between 1994 and 1996.
