Haley Bryant

Haley Bryant has a diverse work experience starting in 2016. Haley began their career at SAGA Innovations as a Designer in October 2016. Haley later transitioned to become a Tutoring Fellow, where they worked closely with teenagers to provide daily high-dosage tutoring in algebra. During their time as a Tutoring Fellow, they successfully brought a caseload of 10 students to mastery in basic skills, with all 10 passing 9th-grade algebra and achieving significant growth. Additionally, Haley designed and implemented student activities and problem sets used within tutorial groups citywide.

In 2017, Haley joined Below Your Belt as a Product Designer, where they contributed until September 2018. Haley then moved on to Civis Analytics as a Product Designer, where they worked from September 2018 to September 2020. Currently, Haley is at Grow Progress, holding the position of Lead Product Designer from January 2021 to the present.

Haley Bryant pursued their education from 2012 to 2016 at Carnegie Mellon University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Haley'sfocus of study during this time was Human-Computer Interaction & Professional Writing.
