GEENA GALURA

Geena Galura has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. GEENA is currently the Talent Management and OD Head at Growsari, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Management and OD at Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. starting from January 2021.

From 2017 to 2020, Geena worked at GCash (Mynt - Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) as the Head of Learning and Development and Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Before that, they were the VP of Business Development and Operations at TAOTEC Inc. from March 2014 to July 2017. GEENA also held the role of Head of Learning and Development at Pointwest from April 2011 to May 2013.

Geena's career started in 1997 at Manulife Financial, where they worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager until January 2000. GEENA then held various roles including Asst. Department Chair and Employee Engagement Head at Miriam College from 2003 to 2006.

Additionally, they worked as a Communication Consultant at Guthrie-Jensen Consultants from April 2006 to April 2007 and as a Learning and Development Manager at ITD.com from February 2010 to January 2011.

Geena began their career as the Country Head at Learning Resources Philippines, where they worked from November 2007 to December 2009. Throughout their career, Geena has gained extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, learning and development, and business development.

Geena Galura has completed an MBA in Business from Ateneo de Manila University. GEENA also holds a degree in AB Communication Arts from Miriam College. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a PDA Analyst from PDA International in February 2015. Furthermore, Geena has a certification as a Yin Yoga Teacher, but the institution and specific date of obtaining this certification are not provided.
