Nikki Sims

Nikki Sims is a Senior Associate at Growth Factory since March 2022. Prior to that, Nikki served as Corporate Vice President at StemExpress from March 2020 to March 2022 and Executive Director at StemExpress Foundation from August 2019 to March 2022. With previous experience at Sutter Health from April 2010 to July 2019, Nikki has held various roles including Service-Line Director, Program Manager, Site Supervisor, and Care Center Lead, focusing on expanding retail health clinics and strategic planning. Nikki holds a Masters of Science in Law from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, a Foundations of Venture Capital from Columbia Business School, and a Master of Health Administration from University of Phoenix.
