Gabriela Sánchez

Gabriela Sánchez has held various roles in the field of human resources. Gabriela started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at UBM Canon in 2012. Gabriela then worked as a Talent Coordinator at ConsumerTrack, Inc. for a brief period before joining Digital Room, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist/HRBP. In 2014, they became a Human Capital Generalist at Reyes Holdings, where they gained experience managing HR processes for a large organization. In 2016, they joined Harris Health System as a Human Resources Business Partner. Gabriela then took on the role of Regional Director of Human Resources at MedData in 2019, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they serve as a Human Resources Director at GrowthForce™.

Gabriela Sánchez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In 2018, they obtained the Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) and also a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from the University of Houston-Downtown, which they are expected to complete in 2024. In October 2020, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Project Management from the AAPM® American Academy of Project Management®.
