Kylie Beaty

Kylie Beaty's work experience began in 2006 as a Key Hourly Manager at Santa Fe Cattle Company. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at SEPHORA inside jcp in various roles, including Product Consultant, Senior Education Consultant, Beauty Leader, and Beauty Leader Mentor. In 2015, they joined UniFirst Corporation as a Sales Representative. Kylie then moved to PERQ in 2016, where they held the positions of Account Executive, Partner Manager, Director of Strategic Partnerships, VP of Sales, and Head of Partnerships until February 2023. Currently, they are the Practice Founder of Channel and Partnerships at GrowthJen, a revenue strategy and GTM consulting firm.

Kylie Beaty attended IUPUI starting in 2005 and is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education.
