Korey Cournoyer

Korey Cournoyer is the Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at GrowthLab Financial Services. With the help of cloud-based technologies and years of experience, GrowthLab is able to help small businesses with all areas of finance, including forward business modeling, financial management, capital raising, or even board relations.

During their time with GrowthLab, Korey has been responsible for implementing new technological tools to aid in the streamlining of workflow, developing and modeling new corporate development plans, launching new social media and marketing strategies, and assisting with business and financial modeling for customers including startups and emerging growth companies to assist with fundraising and business strategy. Korey has also organized and attended mentoring sessions for various accelerators and university programs such as Brown University and Betaspring, prepared accounting and financial reporting for investors and board of directors for customers, assisted management with brand development and growth, teamed with Grinnell Bookkeeping to aid in payroll, bookkeeping, and technology, collaborated with management and entrepreneurs at Brown University's B-Lab mentor program, and prepared analyses on new business ventures.

Prior to their current position, Korey served as a Business Development Intern with BSD Education for 3 months and an Intern with New Economy CPA for 11 months.

Korey Cournoyer has a Bachelor's Degree from Saint Michael's College from 2014-2018 and also studied at City University of Hong Kong from 2017-2017. Korey also went to Bishop Hendricken High School from 2010-2014.

Korey Cournoyer works with the marketing and business development lead, the director of corporate development and strategy, the director of FP&A, the president and co-founder, the senior accounting manager, the VP of business strategy and tax, and the chief innovation officer.
