Eibhlin Fletcher PhD GAICD is an experienced professional in people and culture management, consulting, and organizational development, currently serving as the National People and Culture Manager at Growthpoint Properties Australia since January 2022. Prior to this role, Eibhlin founded and served as CEO of Get A Grip Of The Grind, focusing on employee motivation and engagement.
