Phoebe S. began their work experience in 2015 as a Customer Advisor for Argos, where they worked until 2017. Phoebe then worked as a Customer Advisor for Hotter Shoes from 2017 to 2020. In 2021, they started working as a Fundraising Administrator for the Strode Park Foundation, where they were part of the fundraising team. In 2022, they became a Marketing Assistant for Drink Warehouse UK, and in 2023, they became a Brand and Marketing Associate for GrowUp Farms.

Phoebe S. attended Canterbury College from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Business. Following this, they enrolled in Canterbury Christ Church University from 2017 to 2020 and completed a degree in Event Management.
