Sheetal Ranganathan is a Venture Partner at growX ventures, where they mentor the Innovation Unit in the design and execution of the Market Access Program (MAP) for healthtech startups. MAP aims to create a simple way to mainstream innovations in India's healthcare system.

Sheetal has also served as VP & Global Head- Life Sciences and Healthcare Operations | Digital Innovation Lead at Evalueserve, where they were responsible for strategy planning and implementation, budget control, resource management, talent management, and establishing strategic alliances and partnerships. As Leader, New Products & Digital Innovation, they were responsible for innovation and new solution design, leading a diverse team of technocrats, software writers, research specialists and marketing agencies for new product development, go-to-market strategy design and execution.

Prior to Evalueserve, Sheetal worked at Mint, The Financial Express, Observer Research Foundation, DailyO, Swarajya, and India Today.

Sheetal Ranganathan holds a Masters of Biotechnology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, where their research dissertation was in the field of molecular biology and immunology, with a focus on tuberculosis. Sheetal also holds a Bachelor of Science from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, where they specialised in medical biochemistry and was ranked 1st in their class in all 3 years. In addition, they have a Master of Business Administration from the Xavier Institute of Management with a focus on marketing and marketing management.
