Abhijeet Deshpande

Abhijeet Deshpande is a skilled leader with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as GM of Operations at GRP Ltd since June 2011, Abhijeet has demonstrated expertise in greenfield and brownfield projects, engineering, and cost optimization. Previously, as DGM of Projects at GRP Ltd, Abhijeet successfully completed projects in Solapur and Coimbatore, including a significant merger of two plants. Earlier experience includes a role as DGM of Projects & Maintenance at Era Buildsys, where Abhijeet established a greenfield facility for manufacturing steel structures in a record time of eight months and played a key role in securing customer approvals. Abhijeet's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Holy Cross English School, completed between 1990 and 1994.
