Jayesh Thaker

Jayesh Thaker has extensive work experience in the IT field. Jayesh started their career as a Production & field support Engineer at Abacus Computers in 1986, where they provided nationwide hardware and software support for desktop publishing solutions. Jayesh then worked as a Technical Specialist at Virtual Computers Pvt. Ltd. from 1987 to 1990, collaborating with D-link to understand network technology and providing support to field engineers.

In 1990, Thaker joined HCL HP as a Senior Network Engineer, where they managed IT facilities for clients such as HDFC and designed and established large-scale network systems at Essar House and Reliance Industries. Jayesh worked at HCL HP until 1995, achieving high levels of client satisfaction.

Thaker then became a Network Consultant at PT Versadata Systemindo from 1995 to 1996, managing projects for corporate network design and deployment and leading complex projects for clients such as PT HM Sampoerna and Schlumberger Group.

From 1997 to 2009, Thaker served as the Head of IT & Operations at Boston Consulting Group Pte Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for planning, budgeting, and controlling operational and capital costs. Jayesh successfully set up and scaled up the company's IT infrastructure and operations and achieved high user satisfaction.

Thaker then joined Astonfield Renewables in 2009 as a General Manager of IT & Back Office Setup. Jayesh was responsible for setting up the company's IT infrastructure and managing IT operations. During their time at Astonfield Renewables, they also worked as a Virtual CTO and Senior Consultant.

Afterwards, Thaker worked at GRP Ltd from 2015 to the present. Jayesh initially served as the GM of IT (VCTO) and then became the Head of Information Technology. Currently, they are working as a VCIO at Lubrikote Specialities Pvt Ltd since 2023.

Jayesh Thaker has a diverse educational background. Jayesh obtained a Master's degree in Yoga Shastra from Kavi Kulguru Kalidas Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya, Ramtek, between 2016 and 2018. Before that, they completed an MBA in General studies at U21 Global from 2005 to 2008. Jayesh also earned a Diploma in Sanskrit from Mumbai University from 2003 to 2005. Earlier in their academic journey, Jayesh Thaker pursued a 4-year Diploma in Digital Electronic at S B M Polytechnic from 1982 to 1986.

In addition to their formal education, Jayesh Thaker has obtained certifications such as the QCI Level II Yoga Teacher from AYUSH in June 2016. Jayesh also holds an ITIL certification, although the information about the institution and the date of attainment is not provided.
