Adam Patnaude

Adam Patnaude ischief financial officer at Grubhub. In this role, he oversees all areas of financial planning and analysis, data analytics, business operations analysis, and accounting. Adam brings over 20 years of industry experience to this role, and he joined Grubhub in 2016. Before his promotion to co-chief financial officer, he oversaw Grubhub’s corporate development and investor relations efforts, including the overall strategy and execution for the company’s acquisitions, partnerships and investments. Prior to Grubhub, Adam led investor relations and corporate development at Orbitz Worldwide before its acquisition by Expedia and was a vice president at Goldman Sachs. Adam received an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree cum laude in business administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
