Mai Fruergaard Hansen

Mai Fruergaard Hansen has an extensive background in integration and sustainability within the water treatment sector, currently serving as Head of Integration & Sustainability at GRUNDFOS since August 2018. Previous roles at GRUNDFOS include Senior Manager and Senior Strategy & Integration Manager, focused on M&A and post-merger integration. Prior to this, Mai held several positions at Møller & Company – Nordic Transformation Group, including Senior HRBP - M&A People & Culture Lead and Senior Management Consultant, specializing in strategy execution and project management from June 2006 to July 2018. Additional experience includes a Program Manager role at Københavns Kommune, dedicated to strategy development, organizational design, and team transition from January 2014 to May 2015, and a Student Assistant position in Group HR at Carlsberg Breweries from January 2003 to June 2006.
