Moncef Tanfour

Moncef Tanfour started their work experience in 2002 at Roche, where they participated in the Global Technical Operations Graduate Programme. From there, they moved on to Sulzer in 2004, where they held various leadership roles until 2017. In 2017, they joined Grundfos and began as Senior Director of Business Development before progressing to roles in Strategic Development and Innovation. Currently, they are Group Vice President and Head of Group Strategy at Grundfos. Throughout their career, Tanfour has also served on the boards of directors for MECO and Silhorko-Eurowater A/S.

Moncef Tanfour has a Master of Engineering MEng (First Class Honours) and an Associate of the City & Guilds of London Institute degree in Chemical & Process Engineering from Imperial College London. They also hold a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree with distinction/honors in Business Administration and Management, General from IMD. Additionally, they have a Certificate of Advanced Studies in SDG Investing from Geneva Graduate Institute and a Certificate in Finance in Finance from London Business School. Moncef Tanfour participated in the UNITECH International Fellowship at an undisclosed time. They are currently pursuing a degree in Geoeconomics for Executives with a focus on Corporate Strategy, Geopolitics, and Geoeconomics from Aalto University, expected to be completed in 2023.
