Triin Hertmann

Triin Hertmann has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Triin is the Founder of Grünfin since February 2020. Triin is also a Member of the Supervisory Board at Ekspress Grupp starting from May 2022.

Prior to these positions, Triin held various roles at Wise (formerly TransferWise), including Head of HR Operations and Offices from January 2016 to October 2017, and Head of Payment Operations from March 2011 to December 2015.

Before that, Triin worked at Skype Group, where they were a Finance Reporting Manager from October 2008 to April 2011 and a Financial Controller from April 2005 to October 2008.

Triin began their career as an Analyst at BaltCap Management in 2002 and later transitioned to Grant Thornton as a Corporate Finance Consultant from April 2003 to March 2005.

Triin Hertmann completed their education at several well-regarded institutions. Triin earned a Master's degree in Organisational Behaviour from Tallinn University, studying from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Tallinn Technical University, where they obtained a Diploma in Financial Management from 2000 to 2003. Triin also received another Diploma in International Business Management from the same university during the period of 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Triin Hertmann furthered their professional development by completing the Board Member Education programme at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance in March 2023.
