Stephanie Kotch-Tames

Stephanie Kotch-Tames is an accomplished HR and leadership professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as SVP of People & Culture at Grunt Style since July 2023, and as an Executive Advisor at Kinavic Leadership Acceleration since March 2022, Stephanie specializes in maximizing executive talent. Stephanie has also operated Stephanie Kotch-Tames Coaching & Consulting from November 2020 to November 2023, focusing on executive coaching for senior leaders and aspiring leaders. Prior roles include significant positions at USAA, where Stephanie was an Executive in HR Partnerships, leading HR business strategies for around 18,000 employees, and as Managing Director at Helios HR Consulting. Additional experiences include serving as VP of Human Resources at Cox Communications and Director of HR Business Partner at Covad Communications. Stephanie holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from Marymount University.
