He has a degree in Business Sciences from the University of Barcelona and PDG from IESE. Entrepreneurial, he is the son of the two founders, Ramón Montaner and Pilar Soldevila. He has more than 25 years of experience in the human resources sector and is the founder of Quality and TQ Servicios, two of the group's business units. In addition, within Montaner & Asociados he performed the functions of Chief Financial Officer before assuming the management of the group.
