Katarzyna Tomiak_Jaszczołt has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Katarzyna began their career in 2012 as a Bankier transakcyjny at Alior Bank SA, where they worked until 2014. After that, they joined TXM S.A. and held roles as a Pracownik biura obsługi klienta from May 2014 to July 2016, and later as a Specjalista ds. sklepu internetowego from January 2016 to July 2018. Currently, Katarzyna is working at Grupa Maspex, starting as a Junior Trade Marketing Specialist in July 2018. Katarzyna then transitioned to the role of Junior Trade Strategy Planning Specialist from January 2021 to January 2022, and currently holds the position of Trade Strategy Planning Specialist, starting in February 2022.

Katarzyna Tomiak-Jaszczołt began their education in 2007 at AGH University of Krakow, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management until 2010. Katarzyna then continued their studies at AGH University of Krakow and obtained a Master's degree in Management and Financial Management from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Katarzyna Tomiak-Jaszczołt also obtained a certification in Trade Marketing from EY Academy of Business Polska in November 2021.
