Stan Dero

Stan Dero began their work experience in 2006 as a Consultant at Altran CIS, where they focused on functional analysis and project management. Stan then joined AG Insurance in 2010, initially as a Group Leader and later as an IT Program Manager until 2016. After that, they worked at Ageas as a Program Manager until joining Ageas Portugal Grupo in 2020 as the Head of IT Office.

Stan Dero obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Vlerick Business School, graduating in 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Civil Electrotechnical Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, graduating with a MSc degree in 2006.
