Dolores Cortés

Dolores Cortés currently serves as the Executive Director of Grupo Araoz, promoting sports and healthy living through various facilities. As the Founder of Mujeres Líderes en Real Estate, Dolores advocates for increased visibility and leadership of women in the real estate sector. Additionally, involvement in Lean In as a Member of the Global Board of Advisors facilitates innovative practices for women’s empowerment globally. Dolores also founded and directs the DEI Latam HUB, aiming to create diverse and inclusive workplaces, and has held key roles in various organizations, including HIT, REF, and the Government of Buenos Aires. With a strong academic background in administration, leadership, and gender studies, Dolores possesses a comprehensive skill set in institutional relations, strategic alliances, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
