Fernando Eiffler

Fernando Eiffler has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as People VP for Bimbo Latin Sur at Grupo Bimbo since January 2018. Prior to this role, Fernando held various HR positions at Unilever from June 1996 to December 2017, including HR Director with responsibilities across Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, and Bolivia, as well as roles in talent management, labor relations, and regional rewards for Latin America. Fernando holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Buenos Aires and completed the Top Management Program at IAE Business School in 2019.
