Wendy Outram

Wendy Outram is a seasoned professional in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as VP North America Procurement at Grupo Bimbo since October 2020. Prior to this role, Wendy was the Senior Director of Procurement at Bimbo Canada, where responsibilities included overseeing packaging, commodities, ingredients, co-manufacturing, and indirect spend. Wendy's extensive career also includes positions at Canada Bread Company, Limited as Director of Flour, Commodities, and Ingredients, and various sourcing and management roles at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. and Maple Leaf Bakery UK Ltd. Additionally, Wendy has experience in academia, having lectured at both the University of Western Ontario, Huron College and the Richard Ivey School of Business. Wendy holds a BA in Politics and an HBA in Business Management from Western University and Ivey Business School, respectively.
