Sandra Manso has a diverse work experience starting in 2017. Sandra initially worked at ICEX in the Executive Training Department from January 2017 to May 2017. Following that, they joined Universidad CEU San Pablo where they worked in the Protocol Department from May 2017 to August 2017. Afterwards, Sandra joined Grupo Binternational in March 2020 as an Executive Assistant. In March 2021, they transitioned to the role of Business Excellence & People Experience, where they are responsible for ensuring excellent user experience and organizing events.

From 2012 to 2016, Sandra attended Universidad CEU San Pablo, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations.

Later, from 2016 to 2017, Sandra pursued further studies at the same institution, Universidad CEU San Pablo, earning a Master's degree in Public Relations and Event Organization.

In April 2019, Sandra obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge.
