Gonzalo Naves Piraino

Gonzalo Naves Piraino has been working in the logistics industry since 2006. Gonzalo began their career at Empresas Carozzi S.A. as an Engineer of Studies, where they achieved improvements in distribution of shipments in RM, optimization of routes, and management of a fleet of 200 trucks for RM and regional deliveries. In 2007, they moved to L'Oreal as a Logistics Flows Responsible, where they implemented a standard structure in the operation that allowed him to absorb demand picks and save 10% in the allocation. Gonzalo then worked at Kuehne + Nagel as a Logistics Operations Manager, where they reduced the rate of damaged products in the warehouse and improved the effectiveness of order preparation. In 2008, they joined AR Storage Solutions as a Commercial Manager, generating sales of approximately USD 1.5 million in almost two years through aggressive commercial strategies. In 2011, they moved to Prosud S.A. as a Supply Chain Manager, increasing production capacity through sensitization strategies with the operations team and creating a purchasing plan that reduced inventory days and improved supplier service levels. In 2014, they joined Mosaico S.A. as Submanager of Operations, where they redesigned processes, flows, and implemented KPIs in the distribution center, implemented Lean methodology to generate efficiencies in reception and dispatch processes, and modified the structure of the CD to increase the fill-rate by 5%. In 2016, they joined Hamburgo as Submanager of Logistics, where they were responsible for the entire logistics area from the reception of finished products to the final delivery to the customer, implemented management indicators for the area, and implemented an incentive plan that improved the operation's productivity by 5%. In 2020, they joined Fracción as a Logistics Consultant, developing the ecommerce channel for RM and Regional shipments, standardizing logistics processes from purchase to dispatch, improving service levels and on-time delivery, and increasing SKU depth by incorporating a Marketplace model with two suppliers. In 2021, they moved to Maxik S.A. as Supply Chain Manager, and in 2022 they joined Grupo Central as Operations Manager.

Gonzalo Naves Piraino attended the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso from 1999 to 2005, where they earned an Ingeniero en Transporte degree in Logística, Operaciones y Distribución.
