Juan Francisco Apparcel has over nine years of professional experience, beginning in 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Co-founder of Mamaroof, a trusted marketplace that provides an easy long term housing solution for foreign students and executives. During this time, they were also a Strategic and Financial advisor for Libra Partners. In 2012, they became a Founder of The Founder Institute, and in 2013, they became a Socio Fundador of Latam Review SpA, the first platform of collaborative reviews in Latin America. In 2014, they were Business Development South America for Grability, Inc., a company that envisions a world where shopping is easy, fun, and on-the-go. From 2016 to 2020, they held various roles at Rappi, including Expansion Manager & Commercial Director for Rappi Chile, and Expansion Manager & Revenue Director for Rappi Brasil. In 2020, they became Co-Founder & CCO of Grupo Central, a company that is revolutionizing the dark ecosystem with Cocina Central and Store Central. Juan Francisco'smission is to make it possible for brands, retailers, and entrepreneurs in Latin America to take a leadership position in last-mile commerce.

Juan Francisco Apparcel attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2006 to 2011. In 2010, they also attended HEC Montréal.
