Jose David Zuniga

Jose David Zuniga is an accomplished legal and compliance professional, currently serving as the Head of Shared Services at Grupo Dökka. Previously, Jose held prominent positions such as Head of Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs & Asset Protection at Cuestamoras Salud, and Head of Legal, Patents & Compliance at Bayer. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Walmart de México y Centroamérica, where Jose served as Vice President, General Counsel and Asset Protection, Associate General Counsel, and Costa Rica Legal Manager. Jose began the career as a Regional Attorney for the Agribusiness Division at Corporación de Supermercados Unidos, S.A. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Universidad de Costa Rica, and a Licentiate in Law (Juris Doctor) from Universidad Autonoma de Centroamerica (Escuela Libre de Derecho).
