Omar Carneiro Da Cunha Sobrinho

Born in July 1946, graduated in economics from the University of Political and Economic Sciences of Rio de Janeiro, he is former president of Shell do Brasil S/A and Billiton Metais S/A, he was also president of AT&T Brasil Ltda. He is currently vice president of the Rio de Janeiro Commercial Association and a member of the board of the Brazilian Fast Food Corporation. He is also an independent director of Energisa Minas Gerais – Distribuidora de Energia S/A; Energisa Sergipe – Distribuidora de Energia S/A; Energisa Paraíba – Distribuidora de Energia S/A; and Energisa Borborema – Distribuidora de Energia S/A.
