Karen Gabriela Liñan

Karen Gabriela Liñan is a Columnist for Policy and Evaluation at Grupo Expansión. Karen Gabriela is also the Founder of Education Europe Group, a non-governmental organisation focused on language education diaspora and early childhood development in Europe and Mexico. Karen previously worked as a Doctoral Researcher at Corvinus University of Budapest and as a Policy Consultant at the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade. Karen Gabriela also has experience as an Economic Affairs Researcher at SRE, Embassy of Mexico to the United Kingdom, and as an Assistant Project Manager at EuCham - European Chamber. Karen holds a PhD in Political Science and Government from Corvinus University of Budapest, a Master's degree in Environment, Development, and Policy from the University of Sussex, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
