Jose María Maldonado Carrasco is General Director of Resources of the Ezentis Group since March 2014. With a professional experience of more than 25 years in the planning and strategic direction of Human Resources, he has worked in the EEIG ERTMS Users Group (European Economic Interest Group European Rail Traffic Management System) occupying the position of Financial Manager and representing RENFE before the European Commission in Brussels, as director of Human Resources and Labor Relations in the ENCE Business Group, joining the Ezentis Group in April 2008, where he has held the position of HR director. RR and Media until his appointment as General Director of Group Resources.
He is an engineer in Forest Industries from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and in Computer Systems from the Pontifical University of Salamanca. He has several master's degrees, including Human Resources Management from the Center for Financial Studies in Madrid and the MBA In Company from ESADE Business School. He is currently the general director of Resources and People of the company.
